Please note: There is no Pay on the door available for any live shows!

 

Ticketsource events are now in place - bookable online E-Tickets. 

 

**1. Alcohol Consumption** 

- Alcohol consumption is permitted only for individuals aged 18 and above.
- Attendees are expected to drink responsibly.
- Any signs of excessive alcohol consumption or intoxication may result in removal from the event without a refund.
- Outside alcohol is not allowed. All drinks must be purchased and consumed at the venue if a bar is available.

**2. Inappropriate Behaviour**

- Inappropriate behaviour of any kind, including but not limited to disruptive actions, harassment, or offensive language, will not be tolerated.
- Jack's licensed personal security and event security reserve the right to remove anyone exhibiting such behaviour without a refund.

**3. Entry and Late Arrivals**

- Attendees are advised to arrive at the venue on time.
- Late arrivals must arrive no later than 15 minutes before the show is due to begin. Late arrivals will only be allowed to enter during the interval to minimize disruptions.

**4. Security and Enforcement**

- Jack's licensed personal security and event security will enforce the alcohol policy and manage inappropriate behaviour.
- Non-compliance will result in removal from the event without a refund.

**5. Refund Policy**

- Tickets are non-refundable if you do not attend the event.
- Refunds may be given in the event of family bereavement, childbirth, medical emergency, death, etc., if documentary evidence can be provided.

**6. Wristbands** AT SELECTED EVENTS ONLY 

- Wristbands for the event are categorized as follows:
- Pink: Regular purchase
- Gold: Jack's special guests
- Blue: Facebook competition winners

**7. Payment Information** FOR SELECTED EVENTS ONLY 

- To purchase pink regular admission wristbands, please contact Jack's PA, Janet Bradbury Payne, at 07999337645. Or email bradburypaynej@gmail.com
- Payments are processed safely and securely through this contact.
- Use the payment reference format: First Name Initial of surname followed by LIVE SHOW (e.g., J. Smith LIVE SHOW).

**8. Wristband Collection and Event Timing**

- Wristbands will be distributed at the door as you enter the venue.
- Please refer to the event poster for show start and finish times.
- Doors open at 18:30 for a show start of 19:30.
- Early arrivals must wait until the doors open to gain access to the venue.
