My COVID-19 Health & Safety Policy for Readings, Group Sessions, and Live Shows at Jack Hutchinson - Medium Ltd: Your safety and comfort remain my priorities. While COVID-19 is less of a concern now, I still aim to ensure you feel safe and cared for during in-person visits. Here are the guidelines for 1-1 readings, group sessions, and live shows:

1. Health & Safety Guidelines:

Feeling Unwell? If you’re not feeling well, have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or are showing any flu-like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment or avoid attending in-person events. I’m happy to work with you to find another time.

My Health: If I myself test positive for COVID-19, or if I am experiencing cold/flu symptoms, I will immediately cancel or reschedule any upcoming in-person sessions, group events, or live shows. I will notify you as soon as possible and work to find a new time that works for you.

If I am feeling unwell but it is not COVID-19 (e.g., cold or flu symptoms), I will also cancel or reschedule to ensure I do not risk passing anything on to you. Your health and safety are always my priority, and I would never put you in a situation where you could be at risk.
Masks: Wearing a mask is completely optional. However, if you feel more comfortable wearing one, please do so. I respect everyone’s choice when it comes to personal safety.

Hand Sanitizer: I will always have hand sanitizers available and use them regularly, especially when moving between appointments or locations.

 

2. 1-1 Readings (In Your Location)
Traveling to You: I travel to your location for in-person 1-1 readings. I ensure that my equipment is clean and prepared, and I’m happy to adjust my setup to respect your space and comfort.

Virtual Option: If you'd prefer not to have an in-person reading, virtual readings are available via [Facetime/Whatsapp etc.]. Just reach out to book a remote session if that works better for you.

 

3. Group Sessions:
Group Session Location: For group sessions, I’ll travel to the designated location and ensure that the space is suitable for a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Air Circulation: If weather permits, I’ll ask to open windows for better air circulation or ensure proper ventilation during the session to keep things fresh and comfortable.

 

4. Live Shows:
Ticketing & Seating: I offer e-tickets and printable tickets for all my live shows. There are no concerns regarding physical tickets, and you can easily access or print your ticket when needed. Seating arrangements will be made with your comfort in mind. If there are any specific seating preferences, I’m happy to accommodate those if possible.

Masks: Wearing a mask is optional, but if it helps you feel more at ease, feel free to wear one. I encourage mutual respect for everyone’s choices regarding safety.

Sanitation: I make sure that the venue keeps shared spaces (like seating and restrooms) clean and sanitized throughout the event for your peace of mind.

 

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations:
If You Need to Reschedule: If you’re not feeling well or have been exposed to COVID-19, I kindly ask that you reschedule your session or event. Please notify me as soon as possible, and I’ll happily find another time for you.

Refunds: In case of illness, health restrictions, or any other unforeseen issues, I offer a flexible refund or rescheduling policy. I aim to ensure you aren’t out of pocket for any appointments or tickets.

 

6. Ongoing Adjustments:
Staying Up-to-Date: Though COVID-19 isn’t as widespread, I’ll continue monitoring public health guidelines. If things change, I will update my policies accordingly to make sure you’re always safe.
